Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and resource allocation to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to federal procurement laws, OMB circulars, and agency-specific administrative policies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and professional correspondence.
- Records Management: Manage complex filing systems and electronic records management software to maintain accurate and accessible historical data.
- Program Support: Assist in the planning and execution of agency-wide events, briefings, and training sessions.
- Financial Administration: Process travel vouchers, expense reports, and budget requisitions in compliance with federal financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience within the federal government or a related government contracting environment is highly preferred.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation (Secret clearance preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with federal case management software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear, concise directives and reports.
- Integrity: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
