Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedule high-priority meetings for senior leadership and federal stakeholders.
- Process and review federal documents, contracts, and correspondence for accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, lodging, and expense reports strictly adhering to government travel policies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for sensitive government records and case files.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure project milestones are met and stakeholders are aligned.
- Assist in the preparation of briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or government administrative support.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software (e.g., eOPF, NGP).
- Deep understanding of federal regulations, procurement policies, and security clearance protocols.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple conflicting deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
