Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare, review, and distribute high-level correspondence, memoranda, and briefing materials.
- Maintain and organize confidential records, ensuring full compliance with federal record-keeping regulations.
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor contracts, and general facility operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, grant applications, and budget summaries.
- Facilitate inter-agency communications and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring professional representation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience in a government, legal, or corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional documents.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to federal compliance protocols.
- Current Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) is a plus.
