Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for federal clients.
- Process and review incoming correspondence, memos, and federal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation).
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for sensitive government records and contracts.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items to ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and oversight committees.
- Handle sensitive information with strict adherence to confidentiality and security protocols.
- Coordinate inter-departmental projects and act as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or state government administration, contract management, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of federal regulations, procurement processes, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with case management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional correspondence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal role.
