Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including mail processing, supply inventory, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior staff, managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and edit a variety of correspondence, including official government memos, emails, and reports to ensure strict adherence to compliance standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems for both electronic and physical records, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with federal regulations, agency policies, and security protocols.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and client-facing events.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience within a government, military, or corporate setting.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret clearance (or willingness to undergo the investigation process).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace; experience with government-specific software (e.g., JAMS, eTRM) is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
