Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for veteran benefit programs and case management
- Process and maintain confidential veteran records with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and file management
- Assist veterans with benefit inquiries and application submissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize federal systems for data entry and report generation
- Support outreach initiatives connecting veterans with available resources
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases (e.g., VBA, VA systems)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse populations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with daily financial reconciliation processes
