Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-level meetings, including travel arrangements and conference logistics.
- Prepare and edit high-volume correspondence, briefings, and presentations with a focus on grammar, clarity, and federal formatting standards.
- Oversee document control, ensuring the accurate filing, archiving, and retrieval of sensitive government records and contracts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, directing inquiries and escalating issues efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and compliance documentation for internal and external audits.
- Maintain office infrastructure, including inventory management of office supplies and equipment maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific software.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, security protocols, and the OF-306 public trust requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret complex instructions.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; High School diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
