Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations for federal office in downtown Boston
- Process and maintain classified/unclassified documents in compliance with federal protocols
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and scheduling with senior officials
- Support budget tracking and procurement documentation for departmental projects
- Assist with onboarding procedures for new temporary federal personnel
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefing materials
- Maintain digital and physical records in accordance with NARA standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in federal systems (e.g., SF-52, DTS, GSA Advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred
