- Process security clearances and personnel actions per federal guidelines
- Support budget tracking and procurement compliance for assigned programs
- Generate analytical reports using GSA-approved tools and methodologies
- Implement FOIA and Privacy Act protocols for document handling
- Maintain electronic records management systems (e.g., SharePoint, GSA-approved platforms)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Moderate Risk (NACI) clearance
- 3+ years federal administrative experience or equivalent private sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSA-approved recordkeeping systems
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and DoD policies
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Active Secret clearance preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Experience with GSA Advantage and FPDS-NG reporting systems
