- Coordinate complex calendars and travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Prepare and maintain accurate confidential records and databases.
- Process personnel actions and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Answer high-volume inquiries from the public and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a background investigation.
- Experience with federal government systems is preferred but not mandatory.
