Responsibilities
- Correspondence Management: Manage high-volume incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring all federal regulations and confidentiality protocols are strictly adhered to.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate executive-level meetings, draft professional minutes, and prepare comprehensive briefing materials.
- Personnel Support: Process timecards, leave requests, and personnel actions accurately and in compliance with federal timekeeping standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring quick retrieval of critical documents.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit routine and ad-hoc reports to federal oversight agencies and senior leadership.
- Compliance: Monitor and ensure all administrative processes align with current federal hiring and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience within the federal sector or a comparable government setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with specialized federal HR software.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of OPM (Office of Personnel Management) regulations and federal hiring protocols.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively.
