Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and correspondence for federal programs, ensuring strict adherence to OPM guidelines.
- Prepare and review official documentation, memos, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Schedule and coordinate high-level meetings, briefings, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Maintain and organize complex filing systems, both electronic (eOPF) and physical, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Assist in the preparation of budget requests, vouchers, and timecards for federal employees.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience within the federal or government contracting sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal-specific software systems.
- Strong understanding of federal travel regulations, procurement processes, and record-keeping standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
