Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries for senior executives.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, briefing materials, and memoranda with strict adherence to government formatting standards.
- Oversee the procurement and tracking of office supplies and equipment, ensuring compliance with federal budgeting regulations.
- Facilitate communication between multiple federal stakeholders, including department heads and external agency partners.
- Maintain and organize confidential personnel files, records, and electronic databases with the highest level of discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis for executive review.
- Coordinate facility management and security protocols to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations, compliance standards, and office protocols.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with government-specific software (e.g., JPAY, GSA Advantage).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
