Responsibilities
- Perform weekend administrative tasks including data entry, document processing, and record management
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Coordinate weekend scheduling and operational logistics for federal programs

- Maintain confidential information with strict adherence to security protocols

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional holidays
