Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and records management
- Process travel authorizations, reimbursements, and procurement requests following federal guidelines
- Prepare and maintain official documents, reports, and databases with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders and coordinate communications
- Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation processes
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and departmental policies
- Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions with logistical support
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional administrative experience in a federal or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and federal databases
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement, travel, and records management procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Experience with administrative workflow optimization and process improvement
