Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, records, and documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for department leadership
- Process personnel actions, timekeeping, and payroll documentation
- Utilize federal systems (e.g., HRIS, eOPF) for data entry and reporting
- Assist in budget tracking and procurement processes
- Provide frontline support to veterans and stakeholders
- Implement and maintain office procedures for efficiency
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal employment mandate)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal IT systems
- Knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, DFARS) and records management
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
