Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefits documentation and claims processing
- Coordinate multi-agency communications and stakeholder relations
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations (VA, FISMA, HIPAA)
- Analyze administrative data to optimize service delivery
- Supervise document scanning and digital archiving systems
- Prepare congressional correspondence and executive reports
- Lead cross-departmental process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of 38 CFR and veteran benefit regulations
