- Process veteran benefit claims with 99% accuracy and weekly payroll processing
- Maintain secure federal databases and documentation systems
- Coordinate with state agencies and veteran service organizations
- Conduct eligibility verification for federal programs
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for federal audits
- Train new staff on federal protocols and security procedures
- Manage correspondence with veterans via phone, email, and in-person
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and federal background clearance eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Experience with veteran service programs preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data security awareness
- Valid Georgia driver's license required
