Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit applications with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Process weekly payroll documentation for 150+ personnel
- Maintain confidential HR records in federal compliance systems
- Coordinate cross-agency communications and document routing
- Support audit preparation and regulatory compliance reviews
- Train staff on new federal procedures and software
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance
- 3+ years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency with USAStaffing and HRConnect systems
- GS-5 to GS-7 level equivalency (or comparable)
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance within 30 days
