Responsibilities

- Conduct eligibility determinations for veterans' benefits under federal guidelines
- Provide comprehensive benefits counseling to federal employees and veterans
- Manage benefits enrollment systems and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Analyze benefits data and prepare compliance reports for leadership review
- Coordinate with HR and legal teams on benefits policy updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with federal benefits administration
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle HCM)
- Strong knowledge of federal benefits regulations (FEGLI, TSP, FERS)
- Excellent communication skills for employee counseling
