Responsibilities
- Administer federal retirement plans (CSRS/FERS) ensuring compliance with federal regulations
- Process pension applications, adjustments, and retirement certifications

- Collaborate with agency HR partners to resolve complex pension-related inquiries
- Develop and implement pension policy improvements based on regulatory changes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with federal retirement systems (CSRS/FERS)
- Deep knowledge of OPM retirement regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., NSPSS, BENEFITS)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
