Responsibilities
- Review and adjudicate Social Security claims for retirement, disability, and survivor benefits
- Analyze complex medical records, work history, and legal documentation
- Apply federal regulations (Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act) to determine eligibility
- Communicate claim decisions to applicants and representatives professionally
- Maintain accurate case records in federal databases

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in claims processing or customer service
