Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough eligibility assessments per federal regulations
- Communicate claim decisions to applicants and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate case records in federal systems

- Adhere to SSA quality standards and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years claims processing experience
- Familiarity with federal regulations (SSDI/SSI preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
