Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' disability claims with 100% accuracy
- Maintain detailed case documentation in federal systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Communicate with veterans and stakeholders regarding claim status
- Ensure compliance with 38 CFR and VA policy guidelines
- Conduct quality reviews of processed claims
- Collaborate with medical and legal teams for complex cases
- Train junior staff on procedures and regulations
Qualifications
- US citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years claims processing experience
- Familiarity with federal regulations (38 CFR)
- Proficient in VBA/VBMS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information (NACI clearance)
