Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs and ensure compliance with OMB Circular A-122
- Analyze program performance data and prepare quarterly reports for congressional oversight
- Coordinate with state agencies to implement federal healthcare initiatives across Ohio
- Develop training materials for local healthcare providers on federal program requirements
- Conduct site visits to verify program implementation and adherence to federal standards
- Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure regulatory compliance
- Represent the agency at public forums and stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in policy evaluation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and HHS regulations
