Responsibilities
- Analyze federal regulations (CFR, FAR) for program compliance
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation systems
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
- Coordinate with DOJ/IG on regulatory inquiries
- Train staff on policy updates and compliance protocols
- Prepare reports for OMB and congressional oversight
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years federal/state/local compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement regulations
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) preferred
- Proficiency in GSA Advantage and SAM.gov systems
- Ability to handle sensitive data with security clearance
