Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and legislative recommendations for state programs
- Analyze data trends and fiscal impacts to inform strategic decisions
- Coordinate with state agencies and stakeholders to implement policy solutions
- Prepare detailed reports for executive leadership and legislative bodies
- Monitor federal regulations and assess implications for Indiana operations
- Lead cross-functional task forces on emerging policy challenges
- Maintain compliance with state procurement and budgetary requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep knowledge of Indiana state government operations
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Experience with public budgeting processes
