Responsibilities
- Analyze federal and state regulations to ensure full compliance with agency policies and government mandates.
- Oversee weekend operational workflows to ensure adherence to established compliance standards and safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit detailed regulatory reports to federal auditors and state oversight committees.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement in government processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement corrective action plans and policy updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all compliance activities, documentation, and regulatory changes.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on government compliance procedures and weekend shift responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a government, compliance, or regulatory affairs role.
- Must be available and willing to work the designated weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday or Friday/Monday).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex federal and state codes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government reporting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
