Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal regulatory compliance across state agencies
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation systems
- Conduct audits and prepare detailed compliance reports
- Collaborate with legal teams to interpret regulatory changes
- Train staff on compliance protocols and procedures
- Coordinate with federal agencies on regulatory initiatives
- Investigate non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance experience
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Expertise in CFR and federal regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in compliance management software
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written communication for policy documentation
