Responsibilities
- Conduct weekend compliance audits across VA medical records and facilities
- Investigate and resolve veteran service discrepancies within 48-hour SLA
- Collaborate with federal agencies on weekend emergency response protocols
- Maintain HIPAA/FERPA compliance for weekend data access
- Prepare weekend-shift compliance reports for leadership review
- Train weekend staff on federal regulatory updates
- Coordinate weekend facility security inspections
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years federal compliance experience preferred
- Active VA security clearance or ability to obtain
- Proficient in VA VISTA and Cerner EMR systems
- Weekend shift availability mandatory
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
- US citizenship required
- FHR certification (Federal Human Resources)
