Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal compliance regulations across assigned programs
- Conduct weekend audits of security protocols and documentation systems
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies on weekend operations
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and incident documentation
- Train staff on federal regulatory updates and weekend procedures
- Respond to emergency weekend compliance incidents within 4-hour SLA
- Maintain secure digital records using federal databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years federal compliance or security experience
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance software
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Familiarity with DHS and TSA regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
