Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (DOD, FAR, DFARS) across all operational processes
- Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective action plans
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues
- Monitor legislative changes and update policies accordingly
- Prepare compliance reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies
- Manage vendor compliance assessments and contract reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in federal compliance or government contracting
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced knowledge of DOD procurement processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
