Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement federal compliance requirements (VA, HIPAA, CMS)
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for healthcare facilities
- Develop compliance training programs for 200+ staff members
- Coordinate with DOJ and OIG on regulatory inquiries
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation in FedTrack systems
- Lead cross-functional compliance committees
- Advise leadership on policy interpretation and updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years federal compliance experience
- VA or CMS certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of 38 CFR and HIPAA regulations
- Experience with GSA Advantage contracting systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and FedTrack
- Active Secret security clearance
- Strong analytical and communication skills
