Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal regulations (CFR, FAR) for program compliance
- Conduct audits and risk assessments for VA facilities in Indiana
- Develop compliance training materials for federal staff
- Coordinate with OMB and GSA on policy implementation
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years federal compliance experience
- Active Security Clearance eligibility
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems
- Knowledge of VA regulations (38 CFR)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- US Citizenship required
