Responsibilities
- Analyze federal regulations and implement compliance protocols for infrastructure projects
- Conduct audits and prepare detailed compliance reports for agency leadership
- Collaborate with state and local authorities on regulatory enforcement
- Develop training materials for staff on federal compliance standards
- Monitor legislative changes and update compliance frameworks accordingly
- Manage documentation and maintain regulatory databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in CFR Title 44 and federal procurement regulations
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Proficiency in GSA systems and federal audit tools
