Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, SPSS)
- Deep understanding of Pennsylvania state legislative processes
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and public testimony
