Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (HIPAA, VA policies, and OMB guidelines)
- Conduct compliance audits across healthcare facilitiesDevelop and implement corrective action plans
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory updates
- Train staff on compliance protocols
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for leadership
- Monitor industry best practices and emerging regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience
- Familiarity with federal healthcare regulations (VA, HIPAA)
- Project management certification (PMP or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
