Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal compliance protocols across agency operations
- Conduct rigorous audits of security systems and procedural documentation
- Coordinate with federal law enforcement agencies on cross-jurisdictional investigations
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for Congressional oversight committees
- Mentor junior staff on regulatory frameworks (CFR, FISMA, HIPAA)
- Lead crisis response initiatives during security incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance experience (GS-11 equivalent)
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in GSA Advantage and FedMall procurement systems
- Expert knowledge of federal regulations (Title 5, Title 44)
- Valid Kansas driver's license
