Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal compliance regulations across agency operations
- Conduct comprehensive audits and risk assessments for program integrity
- Develop and implement compliance training materials for staff

- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies
- Stay updated on federal policy changes and adjust procedures accordingly

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., FedTracker, Compli)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal grant management preferred
- Knowledge of VA regulations (38 CFR) highly desirable
