Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal regulatory compliance across VA operations
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for program integrity
- Develop compliance training materials and staff education programs

- Prepare detailed compliance reports for agency leadership
- Coordinate with federal partners (OIG, GAO) during investigations
- Lead process improvements to enhance regulatory efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience in federal/government sector
- Deep knowledge of federal procurement laws (FAR, DFARS)
- Proficiency in compliance management software and data analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Certification in Regulatory Compliance (CRC) preferred
