Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement federal compliance policies across healthcare operations
- Conduct audits and risk assessments for regulatory adherence
- Develop compliance training programs for staff

- Prepare detailed compliance reports for leadership
- Manage investigations of potential violations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA, VA regulations, and CMS guidelines
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- VA experience or federal background preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
