- Conduct thorough case reviews and verify documentation accuracy

- Maintain 100% compliance with federal VA regulations
- Utilize Veterans Benefits Management System (VBMS) for case management
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of claims processing experience
- Proficiency in VA regulations (38 CFR) and adjudication procedures
- Ability to handle sensitive veteran information with discretion
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with federal case management systems
