Job Overview
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in the procurement and management of federal contracts. You will ensure compliance with all federal regulations while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze federal contract proposals and bids for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain contract documents, ensuring adherence to government standards.
- Monitor contract performance and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.

- Assist in the onboarding process for new federal employees and contractors.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or government contracting.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
