Responsibilities
- Analyze and negotiate complex federal contracts for land management projects
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and agency procurement policies
- Manage vendor relationships and contract performance monitoring
- Develop solicitation documents and evaluate bid proposals
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for contract modifications
- Conduct market research for procurement opportunities
- Prepare and maintain contract documentation in GSA systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal procurement experience
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or DAWIA certification
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and SAM.gov systems
- Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
