Responsibilities
- Manage and administer federal contracts valued up to $10M
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and agency policies
- Coordinate with government stakeholders and private vendors
- Conduct contract negotiations and performance evaluations
- Prepare and maintain contract documentation
- Analyze risk factors and implement mitigation strategies
- Support procurement planning and budget execution
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years federal contracting experience
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and SAM.gov systems
- FAR/DFARS certification preferred
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
