Responsibilities
- Manage and track federal contract deliverables and milestones to ensure on-time completion.
- Ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and internal policies.
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, timesheets, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders and internal teams to resolve contract issues efficiently.
- Maintain a detailed repository of contract files, amendments, and correspondence.
- Conduct internal audits to identify risks and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in federal contracting or government project management.
- Deep understanding of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contract terms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
