Responsibilities
- Manage and administer federal contracts from initiation through closeout to ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and review complex contract documents, including statements of work, scopes of work, and pricing schedules.
- Monitor contract performance metrics and resolve issues with government stakeholders and vendors in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure adherence to contract deliverables and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and strategic plans for new federal business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of contract modifications, change orders, and financial reports.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to hold a federal security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal contract management, government contracting, or a related administrative role.
- Skills: Proficiency in contract lifecycle management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Concur) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with senior government officials.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.
