Your Role
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all communications. You will handle sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal agency clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process and manage incoming inquiries regarding federal programs and services.
- Ensure all data entry and documentation are accurate and compliant with federal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government information at all times.
- Update and maintain client records in the internal database system.
- Assist in training junior staff members and participating in quality assurance reviews.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or the federal sector is a major plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
