Responsibilities
- Safeguard federal networks against advanced cyber threats using cutting-edge security protocols
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on classified systems
- Develop incident response plans and lead breach mitigation efforts
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to implement national security directives
- Maintain compliance with FISMA, NIST, and federal cybersecurity standards

- Generate detailed security reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in federal IT security or equivalent defense sector role
- Active CISSP, Security+, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Expertise in network security, encryption, and threat detection tools
- Secret security clearance (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
