Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols across federal networks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Monitor security incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk, CrowdStrike)
- Develop incident response plans and disaster recovery procedures
- Ensure compliance with NIST 800-53 and FISMA standards
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into system architecture

Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in federal cybersecurity roles
- Certification in CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in network security, encryption, and threat detection
- Experience with AWS/GCP cloud security frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain DHS Suitability clearance
